Free download Distributed Services with Go: Your Guide to Reliable, Scalable, and Maintainable Systems writing-samples.co.uk ó 6 Free download Free read ì PDF, eBook or Kindle ePUB ó writing-samples.co.uk This is a fantastic book. I would say that although this book really tries to explain the topics in a way that you would understand even if you had no background, this book makes much sense and seems much relevant if you already have some background on Distributed Systems. I recently finished a graduate class on Distributed Systems and I found this book was a good practical addition to the theory that I learned in school.

It's well structured and written, easy to follow. What I like most is that instead of sending the reader to work on yet another Hello World application, the book has them build a distributed log service. It's way to fun work through that, exploring the standard library along the way, write some tests, and get t

Of all the books I found on , Travis's book is by far the best for beginner to intermediate gophers. The language text is simple, its very conversational and the concepts are explained with great examples. Es much sense and seems much relevant "If You Already Have Some Background On "you already have some background on Systems I recently finished a graduate class on Distributed Systems and I found this book was a good practical addition to the theory that I learned in school This is definitely what I d consider an intermediate level book You will need To Have A Fundamental have a fundamental of Go to ffectively navigate the material With that said the author does take great care in Losing My Virginity and Other Dumb Ideas explaining the code in detail There isffectively one big project a distributed log service in which you ll learn about the concepts of load balancing service discovery and consensus There is a strong The Magic Rolling Pin emphasis on uality systemarchitecture design Being completely new to large scale distributed services I found this book to bextremely informative It gave me a wealth of practical knowledge to build my own servicesNote you will need to be running Linux or a Unix like OS to get the source code running There is an Indecent... Exposure (Indecent, external Go library used in the project that is only supported on the mentioned operating systems. With service discovery Coordinate distributed systems with replicated state machines powered by the Raft consensus algorithm Lay out your applications and libraries to be modular andasy to maintain Write CLIs to configure and run your applications Run your distributed system locally and deploy to the cloud with Kubernetes Test and benchmark your applications to nsure they're correct and fast Dive into writing Go and join the hundreds of thousands who are using it to build software for the real world What You Need Go 113 and Kubernetes 116. .
